It will be very difficult and complicated if you are still using a manual method to manage your finance. However, we believe that there is no one that manages their finance manually these days. Most of us use software to do that. But, guess what?! You have to open your computer or laptop to do this. That takes too much time, too difficult, and too expensive.
This is the reason why the Expense Manager was created. This application exists for one purpose. It simplifies all the complicated procedure in managing your finance. You can use it on your mobile gadget also give you more benefits. It means you can manage your finance anytime you want and wherever you are. In order to provide the best performance, this application also is equipped with many features.
The Expense Manager Features
You can find many useful features in this application, such as:
Running text information
When you open its front page, you can find the updated information about your activity in this app. It’s displayed in running text right under the 4 main menus you can choose. This feature displays information such as your last expense, last month expense, last income, total balance and many more. So, by opening the application, actually, you can easily find out your current financial status and activity.
Transaction
On the front page, there are 4 menus/features you can choose, which are Transaction, History, Reminders, and Settings. The Transaction menu allows you to enter your transaction information, whether it’s income or your expense.
You can adjust the price you’ve been paid, date and time you spend that money, description of the transaction, transaction category (Entertainment, Food, Medical, Clothes, Gift, Auto, Travelling, and Stationary) and payment mode (Cash, Check, Debit Card, and Credit Card). Then, it also has a camera icon you can use to take a picture of your transaction receipt.
Basically, you can create full and detailed transaction input on your managing sheet. So, if you want to see it in the future, you can easily find out what you were actually doing at that moment.
History
This feature allows you to see your previous transaction input. There are 5 filters you can use, which are All, Date, Month, Category and Mode. With these filters, you can easily find the transaction that you’ve done in the past.
Reminders
Just like its name, this feature allows you to set the plan for the expense or income that you will spend or receive at a certain date or time. When the time has come, this application will give you a notification. This feature is very useful to remind you about the bill you need to pay or when you are supposed to receive your payment.
Settings
We offer you the freedom to adjust the category or payment mode through this feature. Just tap the “Add” button on the setting that you like to add or the “Edit” button, if you want to change the existed setting. Then, you can do anything that you want with it.
Conclusion
Expense Manager is a free application. You don’t need to pay to get the premium version and such. The update will be provided for free as well. However, because we offer it for free, we also add some in-app ads.
